I seen a lot of properties  over the last 10 years in 6 different countries.  My airbnb job took me from,  tiny places to 7 bedroom right on a cliff with every bedroom having an ocean view !

Setting up a property or airbnb takes a lot of work.  But you can get a lot of help from hosts that had been in the business long time.  Even I sometimes post a question in airbnb groups.

When it comes to design,  keep it simple or modern.  I had the opportunity  to remodel my last property from scratch.  ( https://airbnb.com/h/pattaya-city )  Not sure how things would look,  i was comparing different floors 

and just google in this case how a wooden floor would look in a similar property.  Still working on the art work and will try it with my black and white art photography.  Maybe some guest will be even interested to buy it after the stay :~)
